Who would be staying at my property?

Is there any charge for working with you?
If you own a furnished property that you wish to rent out through Nirmaan, we charge a 25% commission, which typically results in a higher CoC return than renting to a conventional tenant. Alternatively, if you prefer a 12-month lease agreement with us, there is no fee.
